Another service feature that PSI offers to existing and new clients is Lease Renewals. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, you can get in touch with us and we will assist you with the renewal of your existing lease.

We give you advice on existing rental rates on the property so you can make an informed decision on the rental rate for your next lease. We can liaise on your behalf to your tenant/landlord and we will make the necessary negotiations on rental rates, payment schedules, documentation and signing of the agreement for you. We make sure the transition from your old lease to the new one is done in a timely manner to avoid any complications.

What we do for you:
  • Contact both tenant and landlord at least 2 months prior to the expiration of the existing lease agreement to ensure that both parties are aware of the timelines for the renewal.
  • Advice both parties on existing market rate for rent of the property. This helps in reaching a compromise that is acceptable to both parties of the lease.
  • Preparing documentation such as updated passport and visa copies of both parties to ensure that the tenancy records are valid and complete.
  • Drawing up of the lease agreement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the signing of the agreement for both parties
  • Collect from the tenant, rental payment on behalf of the landlord
  • Ensure that both parties receive their original copy of the signed tenancy contract.
What are the documents required for Lease Renewal?

To make sure that our records are up to date, we require the following documents for Lease Renewal:

  • Most Recent Passport and Emirates ID/Visa Copy (if applicable) of the Landlord
  • Most Recent Passport and Emirates ID/Visa Copy (if applicable) of the Tenant
  • Most Recent Passport and Emirates ID/Visa Copy (if applicable) of the Tenant
